At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex - EU-SILC and ECHP surveys

In 2016, Czechia's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex increased by 9.5% compared to 2015, reaching 8.1%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 14.3%.

Czechia ranks 25th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 22.7% (from 6.6% in 2011).
