Life expectancy by age and sex

In 1995, Czechia's life expectancy by age and sex increased by 0.3% compared to 1994, reaching 69.7.

Czechia ranks 17th out of 24 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 3.1% (from 67.6 in 1990).
