Distribution of population by tenure status, type of household and income group

In 2025, Czechia's distribution of population by tenure status, type of household and income group increased by 0.5% compared to 2024, reaching 75.1%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 68.5%.

Czechia ranks 11th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 4.8% (from 78.9% in 2020).
