Distribution of population by tenure status, type of household and income group

In 2024, Czechia's distribution of population by tenure status, type of household and income group decreased by 1.7% compared to 2023, reaching 74.7%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 68.4%.

Czechia ranks 12th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 5.0% (from 78.6% in 2019).
