Distribution of population by tenure status, type of household and income group

In 2025, Slovakia's distribution of population by tenure status, type of household and income group increased by 0.8% compared to 2024, reaching 93.8%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 68.5%.

Slovakia ranks 1st out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 1.6% (from 92.3% in 2020).
