Employment rates by educational attainment level

In 2024, Poland's employment rates by educational attainment level increased by 0.1% compared to 2023, reaching 91.6%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 87.8%.

Poland ranks 2nd out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 2.8% (from 89.1% in 2019).
