At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex - EU-SILC and ECHP surveys

In 2024, Denmark's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex increased by 4.1% compared to 2023, reaching 10.1%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 19.3%.

Denmark ranks 27th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 1.9% (from 10.3% in 2019).
