At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex

In 2020, Denmark's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex decreased by 3.2% compared to 2019, reaching 12.1%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 17.5%.

Denmark ranks 25th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 1.7% (from 11.9% in 2015).
