At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex

In 2014, Estonia's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex increased by 16.9% compared to 2013, reaching 20.1%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 16.8%.

Estonia ranks 5th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 14.9% (from 17.5% in 2009).
