Employment rates by educational attainment level

In 2021, Estonia's employment rates by educational attainment level increased by 2.7% compared to 2020, reaching 87.3%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 86.5%.

Estonia ranks 15th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 3.1% (from 84.7% in 2016).
