Unemployment by sex and age - annual data

In 2019, Estonia's unemployment by sex and age decreased by 3.3% compared to 2018, reaching 11.6%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 15.7%.

Estonia ranks 18th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 22.1% (from 14.9% in 2014).
