At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex

In 2019, Finland's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex decreased by 4.3% compared to 2018, reaching 11.2%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 15.9%.

Finland ranks 25th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 8.9% (from 12.3% in 2014).
