Fertility indicators

In 1977, Finland's fertility indicators decreased by 1.2% compared to 1976, reaching 1.68.

Finland ranks 15th out of 20 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 6.3% (from 1.58 in 1972).
