Police-recorded offences by offence category

In 2016, Finland's police-recorded offences by offence category decreased by 14.1% compared to 2015, reaching 8,629.

Finland ranks 18th out of 24 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 66.6% (from 25,851 in 2011).
