Unemployment by sex and age - annual data

In 2014, Finland's unemployment by sex and age decreased by 0.5% compared to 2013, reaching 20.5%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 24.1%.

Finland ranks 17th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 5.5% (from 21.7% in 2009).
