Main indicators - share of renewable energy

In 2014, France's main indicators increased by 8.5% compared to 2013, reaching 8.2%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 6.6%.

France ranks 4th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 24.1% (from 6.6% in 2009).
