Employment rates by educational attainment level

In 2022, France's employment rates by educational attainment level increased by 0.2% compared to 2021, reaching 86.5%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 87.4%.

France ranks 23rd out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 1.6% (from 85.1% in 2017).
