Population structure indicators at national level

In 2010, Germany's population structure indicators at national level increased by 1.1% compared to 2009, reaching 44.2.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 41.3.

Germany ranks 1st out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 5.7% (from 41.8 in 2005).
