Population change - Demographic balance and crude rates at national level

In 1991, Greece's population change increased by 1.1% compared to 1990, reaching 9.3.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 10.4.

Greece ranks 21st out of 26 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 1.1% (from 9.2 in 1986).
