Main indicators - share of renewable energy

In 2011, Greece's main indicators increased by 10.7% compared to 2010, reaching 11.2%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 14.5%.

Greece ranks 17th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 49.5% (from 7.5% in 2006).
