Main indicators - share of renewable energy

In 2022, Greece's main indicators increased by 3.0% compared to 2021, reaching 22.7%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 23.0%.

Greece ranks 12th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 31.0% (from 17.3% in 2017).
