Main indicators - share of renewable energy

In 2023, Greece's main indicators increased by 11.5% compared to 2022, reaching 25.3%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 24.6%.

Greece ranks 11th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 40.4% (from 18.0% in 2018).
