Fertility indicators

In 1971, Hungary's fertility indicators decreased by 2.5% compared to 1970, reaching 1.93.

Hungary ranks 17th out of 18 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 2.1% (from 1.89 in 1966).
