Fertility indicators

In 1970, Hungary's fertility indicators decreased by 2.9% compared to 1969, reaching 1.98.

Hungary ranks 12th out of 17 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 8.8% (from 1.82 in 1965).
