Fertility indicators

In 1985, Hungary's fertility indicators increased by 5.7% compared to 1984, reaching 1.85.

Hungary ranks 10th out of 22 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 3.1% (from 1.91 in 1980).
