Population structure indicators at national level

In 2005, Hungary's population structure indicators at national level increased by 0.3% compared to 2004, reaching 38.9.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 39.6.

Hungary ranks 15th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 1.0% (from 38.5 in 2000).
