Population structure indicators at national level

In 2022, Hungary's population structure indicators at national level increased by 0.5% compared to 2021, reaching 43.9.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 44.4.

Hungary ranks 11th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 3.8% (from 42.3 in 2017).
