Population structure indicators at national level

In 2003, Hungary's population structure indicators at national level increased by 0.4% compared to 2002, reaching 24.7.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 26.6.

Hungary ranks 16th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 2.1% (from 24.2 in 1998).
