Population structure indicators at national level

In 2013, Ireland's population structure indicators at national level increased by 4.1% compared to 2012, reaching 20.4.

Ireland ranks 26th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 17.9% (from 17.3 in 2008).
