Police-recorded offences by offence category

In 2015, Ireland's police-recorded offences by offence category decreased by 7.1% compared to 2014, reaching 25,712.

Ireland ranks 15th out of 25 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 1.5% (from 26,095 in 2010).
