Police-recorded offences by offence category

In 2017, Latvia's police-recorded offences by offence category decreased by 0.2% compared to 2016, reaching 14,534.

Latvia ranks 22nd out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 31.9% (from 21,341 in 2012).
