Police-recorded offences by offence category

In 2018, Latvia's police-recorded offences by offence category decreased by 3.4% compared to 2017, reaching 14,047.

Latvia ranks 21st out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 31.9% (from 20,623 in 2013).
