Early leavers from education and training by labour status

In 2025, Latvia's early leavers from education and training by labour status increased by 11.4% compared to 2024, reaching 8.8%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 9.1%.

Latvia ranks 10th out of 26 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 22.2% (from 7.2% in 2020).
