Early leavers from education and training by labour status

In 2024, Latvia's early leavers from education and training by labour status increased by 2.6% compared to 2023, reaching 7.9%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 9.4%.

Latvia ranks 14th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 9.2% (from 8.7% in 2019).
