Population structure indicators at national level

In 2014, Latvia's population structure indicators at national level increased by 0.7% compared to 2013, reaching 42.4.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 42.5.

Latvia ranks 11th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 5.5% (from 40.2 in 2009).
