Population structure indicators at national level

In 1996, Latvia's population structure indicators at national level increased by 2.6% compared to 1995, reaching 23.3.

Latvia ranks 15th out of 26 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 17.7% (from 19.8 in 1991).
