Population structure indicators at national level

In 2023, Latvia's population structure indicators at national level increased by 0.3% compared to 2022, reaching 36.0.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 36.4.

Latvia ranks 11th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 6.8% (from 33.7 in 2018).
