Population structure indicators at national level

In 2022, Latvia's population structure indicators at national level increased by 0.8% compared to 2021, reaching 35.9.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 36.0.

Latvia ranks 9th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 8.5% (from 33.1 in 2017).
