Main indicators - share of renewable energy

In 2014, Latvia's main indicators increased by 4.3% compared to 2013, reaching 38.6%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 17.4%.

Latvia ranks 3rd out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 12.6% (from 34.3% in 2009).
