Population in private households by educational attainment level

In 2007, Latvia's population in private households by educational attainment level increased by 6.2% compared to 2006, reaching 22.2%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 22.4%.

Latvia ranks 16th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 17.5% (from 18.9% in 2002).
