Population in private households by educational attainment level

In 2008, Latvia's population in private households by educational attainment level increased by 11.7% compared to 2007, reaching 24.8%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 23.1%.

Latvia ranks 14th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 38.5% (from 17.9% in 2003).
