At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex

In 2010, Lithuania's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex increased by 12.2% compared to 2009, reaching 21.2%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 15.7%.

Lithuania ranks 2nd out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 7.6% (from 19.7% in 2005).
