In 2019, Lithuania's police-recorded offences by offence category decreased by 15.0% compared to 2018, reaching 10,902.

Lithuania ranks 23rd out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 60.9% (from 27,895 in 2014).
