In 2022, Lithuania's police-recorded offences by offence category increased by 30.1% compared to 2021, reaching 917.

Lithuania ranks 15th out of 24 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 45.8% (from 629 in 2017).
