At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex

In 2010, Luxembourg's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex decreased by 4.0% compared to 2009, reaching 21.4%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 21.1%.

Luxembourg ranks 11th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 5.9% (from 20.2% in 2005).
