At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex

In 2022, Luxembourg's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex decreased by 19.1% compared to 2021, reaching 22.5%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 19.4%.

Luxembourg ranks 5th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 10.8% (from 20.3% in 2017).
