At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex - EU-SILC and ECHP surveys

In 2023, Luxembourg's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex increased by 6.2% compared to 2022, reaching 23.9%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 19.5%.

Luxembourg ranks 5th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 5.8% (from 22.6% in 2018).
