At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex

In 2018, Luxembourg's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex increased by 4.0% compared to 2017, reaching 18.0%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 17.5%.

Luxembourg ranks 11th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 12.5% (from 16.0% in 2013).
