Population structure indicators at national level

In 2013, Malta's population structure indicators at national level increased by 0.2% compared to 2012, reaching 40.5.

Malta ranks 20th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 3.1% (from 39.3 in 2008).
