Population structure indicators at national level

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 37.0.

Malta ranks 25th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 3.1% (from 29.0 in 2019).
